Profile

In the SCA I portray Caterina d'Alessandro Franceschi da Firenze, the wife of a Florentine cloth merchant in the late 15th century. Previous regenerations have included Caterina's identically-named late 16th century descendant, and Pier Francesco da Montefiore, a late 16th century explorer. I am currently focusing on late 15th century Italian costuming, though I have also tried my hand at costuming for other eras, embroidery, and scribal. I am also sometimes known to cook and dance, and I am the Cat-Herder in Chief of Polyphonia, an a cappella choir based in the Barony of Montengarde.
